WHM/Cpanel running on OpenVZ VPS does not show the user quota correctly.

[root@server ~]# quotacheck -agiuv
quotacheck: Can't find filesystem to check or filesystem not mounted with quota option.

Make sure that the second level quota support is enabled.

To enable second level quota support from the Host OS:
# vzctl set --quotaugidlimit 500 --save
# vzctl restart
